This Course is designed as a self-paced, cohort learning experience, distinct from traditional live online courses. This format is designed to accommodate your unique pace and schedule, offering the flexibility to engage with the course content as it suits you.

Imagine diving into the course material at your leisure – whether you're an avid learner who could explore the entire course within 3 to 5 hours or someone who prefers to absorb the lessons in smaller segments amidst other commitments. You are granted 12 weeks access to all the course videos, allowing you move through this journey on your terms, right from the day the course begins.

While the core of the Course is self-paced, we also offer a live element through our optional Live Coaching Calls. These are not your typical one-way webinars but are interactive, two-way Zoom calls, where you can actively engage, ask questions, and connect with fellow Course participants. These sessions are an opportunity to experiment with The ECD in a live setting, getting hands-on experience and immediate feedback.

There are five Course Conversation Calls scheduled across the 5-week period, each designed to deepen your understanding and practice with The ECD. Participation in these calls is entirely up to you – attend all, some, or none, depending on your needs and schedule. Should you miss a Course Conversation Call, we ensure you stay in the loop by providing a link to the replay, allowing you to catch up at your convenience.

Yes, upon successfully completing this course, you’ll receive an ECD Culture Practitioner Certificate and a Practitioner Badge. This certificate demonstrates your training in using The Emotional Culture Deck to apply our Emotional Culture Crafting Leadership tools.
